Phoenix Environmental Care LLC Adds T-Bird™ Fungicide to Product Group

Valdosta, GA (April 27, 2006) — T-Bird™ fungicide is the latest addition to the expanding line of products from Phoenix Environmental Care LLC.

“T-Bird is a broad-spectrum, systemic fungicide offering economical and effective control of a wide range of diseases like anthracnose, brown patch, dollar spot, grey leaf spot, leaf spot, red thread, snow mold, rust, smut, Fusarium, summer patch, bermudagrass decline, take-all patch and more” says Rick Grant, Director of Business Development for Phoenix Environmental Care LLC. “The product can be used for both turf and ornamental applications.”

T-Bird, with the active ingredient, thiopanate-methyl, will be available in a 85-percent water-dispersible granular (WDG) and 4.5 pound gallon flowable formulations.

“This product is compatible with numerous other materials, and can be used in rotations and tank-mixes for convenience and for resistance management,” says Grant. “In addition, T-Bird has both curative and preventive properties for controlling fungal diseases.”
